He had been involved with the IEA for a number of years as IEA Governing Board Representative for Japan and as Co-Chair of the Standing Group on Long Term Co-operation. An received a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Ghent, Belgium and a Master of Business Administration at the Vlerick Leuven Ghent Management School. She joined DuPont in 1991 and held various positions in Manufacturing, Business Management and International Supply Chain Management.

Roger Moore

Roger Moore has some 45 years experience in a variety of supply chain, logistics and customer service leadership roles with major producers in the European chemical industry. 

After commencing his career with Procter and Gamble, in 1979 the opportunity came to move to Dow Chemical in the UK . Later assignments took him to France and then Switzerland. Roger returned to the UK in 1990. 

In 1994 he moved to The Netherlands as European Distribution Manager for the Chemicals Division of Air Products and Chemicals inc. He established an integrated supply chain organization leading a multi-national team responsible for distribution operations, service procurement, inventory planning and customer services.  

In 2007 he successfully launched his own consultancy / interim management company in The Netherlands. In 2008 he joined Ineos Styrenics as European Supply Chain Manager. In 2012 following the formation of the global styrenics joint venture between Ineos and BASF , he joined the new company , Styrolution, as Customer Services Manager – Italy.  

He retired early in 2014

Most recently – as VP Global Logistics and Supply Chain Strategy - Mick successfully led the supply chain element of the acquisition, merger and integration of the IBM X86 business into Lenovo, alongside the creation of the supply chain strategy for Lenovo, and the formation of an end to end 4PL logistics operation and an integrated logistics and manufacturing network for the business. Prior to that Mick spent 5 years leading the creation, development, and ultimately the operation of the then new $1Bn + Global Logistics organisation in Lenovo and managed the end to end Supply Chain within the EMEA region, employing 500 people across 30 sites across the world. The Lenovo Network manages movements from components inbound to manufacturing, through to reverse, returns and service parts networks – covering the movement of over 120M PC’s, Tablets, Phones and Options from 50 sources of supply to customers in over 190 countries. It has been one of the foundations for the successful growth of Lenovo over the last 5 years to its current number 1 position in PC Sales. Specifically, Mr. Hoefnagels was directly involved with the design, implementation and operational management of the EMEA logistics configuration for one of the world’s leading high-tech and computer equipment manufacturers. He managed the commercial development and contract management of multiple warehousing and distribution outsourcing deals throughout Europe and USA. Additionally, he oversaw the set-up and operational management of Central European Distribution Centers for various companies in the high tech, automotive and consumer business industries. 

Prior to joining CLX Logistics Europe, Mr. Hoefnagels held senior management positions at Intexo (DHL), TNT Logistics, DSV Solutions and Alliance Boots, and served as a consultant and manager at A.T. Kearney.

After 11 years working in different positions, engineering and production on different production sites, he was moved to Cepsa Headquarters in Madrid joining Business Development department. 

He took later Cepsa Quimica Planning Manager position, responsible for the production plans, commercial planning of Cepsa Quimica worldwide sites and logistics in bulk for Europe and MED. During this stage, worked intensively in optimization projects and coordination between the different sites. Is here when he developed the Quay Reel loading system with the help of Techflow Marine, project under patent process and awarded with an EDISON AWARD in 2016. 

Presently, working as Senior Vice President Supply Chain of Cepsa Quimica, being responsible from raw material procurement, production and commercial plans, to the hole logistic chain (Chartering, road and intermodal) for the different production sites worldwide

Graduated cum-laude in Econometrics and Operations Research at Tilburg University, where he also obtained a PhD in Quantitative Logistics. In his time as academic researcher, he focused on the application of quantitative models in supply chain design and planning. His work resulted in several publications in leading scientific journals. Before joining EyeOn, Ieke worked for TNT Express and Philips in various supply chain improvement roles. He specialized in Lean Six Sigma first as Black Belt and later as Master Black Belt responsible for major improvements program. Since his employment at EyeOn he has worked for a wide array of companies in the FMCG, High Tech and Process industry. He is well experienced in improving demand planning & forecasting processes and implementing Sales & Operations Planning.
